FAQ: What the standard repair includes?

Our standard repair includes 99% of electrical faults including problems with heaters, thermal fuses, resistors, thermistors, and most circuit board issues. This service also includes problems with the rotating power cable and connector and we fit new cables where needed included in the price. 

What if I do not know what the fault is?

If you do not know what the fault is with your cloud9 then this is not a problem. The chances are it is an electrical issue and this will be covered under our standard repair fee.

What if you can't repair my cloud nine? 

We can repair all electrical faults on cloud straighteners with all models except micro iron or curlers. So do not worry we can fix your cloud nine!

What is included, do I have to pay any extras?

Included in the repair fee are all electrical parts and cables, professional labour, PAT testing and service by our qualified engineers. We even cover the return postage, all you need to pay is the repair fee and get the straighteners to us. It comes with a six months warranty and full aftercare so if you have any trouble with your cloud in the future we can resolve it for you.
