Which service do I require and how much does it cost?
- Our Original Repair fee is £29.99. (For older models of ghd with a switch that slides on/off). This one off fee covers all electrical faults on all of the following models; ghd3, 3.1b, 4.0b, 4.1b, 4.2b, 4.2p, 5.0, SS, SS2, SS4.0, SS5.0, MS, MS4.0, MS5.0. Including limited editions and colours of these stylers. And the following Cloud Nine models; M1.0, M1.1, M1.2, L1.0, L1.1, L1.2, T1.0. (please note, the original fee does not cover the new 'ghd original' S4C242)
- Our Platinum Repair fee is £59.99. (For newer models that have an on/off button). This covers all electrical faults on the ghd Platinum S8T261 model, Platinum+ S8T262, Gold S7N261 & Gold Max S7N421, Original S4C242. Please note that we are unable to fix circuit board faults on the Platinum+ S8T262, Gold S7N261 & Gold Max S7N421, Original S4C242. If following inspection this is the case your fee will be refunded
Please note if the plastic body/casing has been snapped or cracked there is an additional fee for the service. We will contact you once we have assessed the damage, a replacement arm is £10.
