Conditions of Sale
By placing an order with us online or over the telephone you are confirming to us that you are an individual consumer who is 18 years old or over and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
With exception of completed repair services, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the day after you receive the Goods. This is the “Cancellation Period”. You must return the Goods to us (at your own risk and cost) within 14 days of notifying us (via email, firstname.lastname@example.org) that you wish to cancel by sending them to:

We will ordinarily refund the full purchase price of the Goods within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods. Goods must be returned unused, and in their original packaging. You must also take reasonable care of Goods before you return them to us. We may reduce the amount we refund to you if you use them, damage them or otherwise do something beyond what is reasonably necessary to examine them that reduces their resale value.

We cannot guarantee that the UniCurler products will work on all hair types or that any accessories will be suitable for all ghd Products
Repair Service Terms & Conditions
All of our professional repairs are carried out on behalf of Ion Originals Ltd. The repair service is normally carried out within 24 hours of receipt. Our price includes the electrical repair, labour, parts, testing, PAT testing and the return postage.
Aftermarket ionco® spares may be used to repair your product if necessary. In the event your ghd or Cloud Nine requires new arm(s) genuine refurbished parts will be used.
We also replace scratched plates, subject to availability and charges, please contact us.
On the rare occasion the straighteners are beyond economical repair we will always contact you and offer a refund and the return of your irons.
Please check your product is listed under the repairable models. If you send us a product that is not listed you would be responsible for return postage costs.
We do not repair counterfeit straighteners, if you are in doubt about the authenticity of your ghd or Cloud Nine please contact us. If you send us a fake iron we will contact you, if you wish to have the irons returning there is a £10.00 administration and inspection fee plus a £4.99 return postage charge.
If in doubt about the state of your repair please contact us first.
When sending your iron to us for repair we recommend using a Royal Mail tracked service and retaining proof of postage. Please ensure the product is well protected and wrap the plug to avoid it making direct contact with the plates, as this may cause damage. We are not responsible for any loss or damage occurred during transit to us.
All of our UK repairs are dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery (normally delivered next working day). If you have paid via Debit/Credit card and provided an email address, a tracking number will be sent to you via email at point of dispatch. You can track your delivery on the Royal Mail website.
If more than 5 working days have passed since you sent the styler in for repair and you have not received the straighteners back or heard from us then you can call us or request an update via email; email@example.com, include a return contact telephone number and all your order details. You should receive an update within 24 hours of emailing us. Alternatively you can call us during our opening hours; Mon-Thurs 8.30am-4pm.
In the case of a straightener being dispatched by us and not being received, please allow 5 working days before contacting us as postage times may vary. We recommend contacting your local Royal Mail sorting office during this time to make sure they are not holding the delivery for you; this should be done even if you have not received a delivery card/notice.
In the rare case that a parcel cannot be traced after 10 working days please contact us to arrange making a claim with Royal Mail as the item would be considered missing.
All of our repairs come with a warranty of six months from the date of the repair. If your straighteners become faulty with a similar problem within the warranty period they can be returned to us for a warranty repair service. When returning your iron for a warranty repair please make sure you include a covering letter with a brief description of the fault and your contact details. We will endeavour, in most cases to return your warranty repair within 3 working days of receipt. There should be no additional fee to pay to us. In the rare occasion where an iron develops a fault within 14 days of receipt after repair you can claim your return postage back (up to the cost of £4.45). Please send this request to us via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Rare product failure notice - Please be aware that on very rare occasions some models can overheat, this is an original known fault and can happen at any time for no apparent reason (IC failure on IV models & Thermistor failure on V models). We therefore recommend always testing the irons on a small area of hair before styling. If the irons do overheat turn them off and do not turn them back on. Unless a PCB, IC or thermistor is replaced on one of our repairs we are not responsible for any damage caused to the straighteners or that of the user and property.
Payment & Delivery
Goods and Service Prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT. VAT may be charged depending on where the goods are being delivered to.
Payment for goods must be made securely via Credit or Debit Card or Paypal at time of checkout.
Payments are accepted via our Shopify Secure Platform or Paypal Checkout. Payments will show on the account as ‘Ion Originals Ltd’. If you have any payment issues or disputes please contact us on email@example.com
With the exception of promotional free postage offers, postage charges apply and are calculated at checkout once delivery destination is selected.
UK Delivery: Royal Mail 24. Once shipping confirmation is received by email the item should be delivered within 1-3 working days. More than 90% of items arrive within 1 day.
Europe: Delivery is fulfilled by Royal Mail. Once shipping confirmation is received by email the item should be delivered within 2-11 working days.
Rest of the World: Delivery is fulfilled by Royal Mail. Once shipping confirmation is received by email the item should be delivered within 3-17 working days.

Protecting Your Information
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
